Ethan’s Greek Mask
Well done to Ethan for creating this fantastic Greek mask using paper mâché. The addition of the leaves picked from the garden are very creative! He is now looking forward to taking part in his own Olympic Games this weekend in the garden.

Year 4 have been putting their printing blocks to excellent use in order to create volcano patterns.
Homework
We are constantly amazed at the standard of homework that comes into school and were again wowed at the incredible models that are now on display having been created over the Christmas holidays. Year 4 have produced mountains, Year 5 wardrobes inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia and Year 6 Anderson shelters.
Tomorrow’s World
Year 6 began their topic about the future with a Dragon’s Den inspired WOW day yesterday. The children were put into small groups and set the challenge of inventing and marketing a new product that would make a teacher’s life easier. They then had to pitch their idea to ‘The Dragons’. The winning group designed an app that would scan writing and identify spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. Yes please!
